Love Local is a weekly podcast to help our community stay informed and off the watchlist in order for our kids to be in school and our businesses to remain open. In this episode of WEEKLY WITH WICK, Physician Assistant and community enthusiast, Lindsay Miller-Byrne, sits down with Dr. Wickenheiser of Tehama County Public Health to discuss the dreaded “watchlist.” What does this mean for our community, schools, and local businesses? How will it impact us? And, how can we get off the list?

 

This podcast program is aimed at connecting OUR COMMUNITY to Public Health Officer, Dr. Wickenheiser. Our priority is community engagement, trusting that an engaged community is a vibrant community. In this season, Love Local aims to answer the big question: "What will parents, community members and students need to make the mental shift to operating in a consistent, safe manner during this pandemic that will allow our kids to return to school, reduce the COVID-19 positivity rate and keep businesses and schools open and people safely working?"
